Stacy Falco
Stacy Falco is a lifelong horsewoman with decades of experience developing successful hunter, jumper, and equitation horses and riders. Trained by some of the most respected names in the sport, she has produced confident partnerships from the pony ring to the grand prix level. Stacy is known for her positive, detail-oriented approach that builds strong fundamentals, true horsemanship, and long-term success.
Training
Stacy Falco builds her program around the partnership between horse and rider. She believes every ride is an opportunity to refine communication, develop feel, and strengthen trust—whether she’s in the saddle herself or teaching a student. This ongoing exchange is what she finds most rewarding and what continually sharpens her own horsemanship.
Drawing on years of experience with top riders and programs, Stacy designs individualized training plans that balance progress, confidence, and wellbeing. She emphasizes correct flatwork to help horses use their bodies properly, creating sound, rideable athletes. Her jump schooling is tailored to each horse-and-rider combination, focusing on clarity, confidence, and preparation for upcoming goals.
Stacy works closely with her students to support both their technical growth and their mindset. She views riders as athletes who perform best when they feel focused and trusting. Her aim is to develop harmonious partnerships and well-rounded horsemen and horsewomen who thrive in and out of the ring.
Training with Stacy for many years shaped me not only as a rider but as a person. She cared deeply about the well-being and confidence of both horse and rider, while still challenging me and pushing me to accomplish more than I thought possible. Under her guidance, I progressed faster than I ever imagined and even won the USHJA Zone 1 & 2 Children’s Jumper Championship.
